IDC (Infrastructure Development Charges)

Statutory charges for state-level infrastructure — highways, master storm-water systems, regional connectivity.

IDC funds the state's macro infrastructure: arterial highways, regional storm-water, master utility trunks. It is charged in addition to EDC in Haryana and typically adds ₹80–₹250/sq.ft. Both EDC and IDC are pass-through charges paid to HSVP.
