A short reader on our editorial standard — how articles are written, reviewed, updated and sourced.

Our pillars

Six principles, consistently applied.

Written by named authors

Every article carries a named author and role. Anonymous or ghost-written articles are not published.

Reviewed before publication

Commercial and factual claims are reviewed by the project office against RERA disclosures and internal records.

Dated and updated openly

Every article shows its published date and — where revised — the last-updated date.

Sources and references

Where we draw on public sources (RERA, HSIIDC, municipal planning documents), we list them at the foot of the article.

Corrections policy

Factual errors are corrected in place, with a note in the article and, where warranted, a separate correction.

Boundaries we hold

We do not invent statistics or investment returns. We do not publish testimonials we cannot verify. We do not use negative marketing.

The process

From idea to publication.

  1. Step 1

    Commission

    Editors identify topics that answer real reader intent — not keyword lists.

  2. Step 2

    Draft

    A named author writes the article to house style — question-based headings, short paragraphs, clear structure.

  3. Step 3

    Review

    The project office reviews commercial and factual claims. Legal reviews any language touching regulation.

  4. Step 4

    Publish

    The article is published with its author, published date and, where applicable, reviewer credit.

  5. Step 5

    Update

    Articles are reviewed periodically. Material updates are logged and the last-updated date is refreshed.
